Went on a walk run with my sister for about the first two miles and then I went on a four mile run and added some tempo and some speed into it since I couldn't get to a track. Hopefully it doesn't push me back too bad when I come back next week.

I'm alive! First day running in California and I'm still here :) They let me wait until it was light out and they told where I was running so they knew where I was and told me to take my phone. It was a nice day and I love the weather out here. And I technically ran with the team in spirit cause I was out running at 7 which is 8 our time. :)
